Where to Train with Steph
I will train you in my personal home gym located in Taylorsville, MD near the intersection of Rt. 26 and Rt. 27
My 12' x 26' gym includes:
- Power rack with pull-up and dip bars
- Olympic barbell with over 500 lbs of weights
- Dumbells
- Adjustable bench
- High/low pulley machine
- And more!

About Steph
I am a strong and happy 40 year old woman with two kids, a husband, and a very busy life. I began my fitness journey early with sports. I was running and sometimes lifting weights while in college. After having a severely sprained ankle, I focused primarily on lifting weights with my husband and this is where I developed a love for strength training. I loved the way my body transformed from being in decent shape to being in great shape. Even with my athletic background, I never fully understood the role that strength training had in making me look and feel exactly how I wanted. I still love outdoor activities but without strength training, I would not feel as though I have achieved my personal goals in fitness. My husband, Dan, is my workout partner and we have two beautiful children that also enjoy exercise! In May of 2016, I received my personal training certificate through ISSA. I am now ready to use my experience and training to help you!
